Thomas Bateman

Thomas Bateman is the Bank of America Eminent Scholar and Director of the Leadership Minor at the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He conducts research on proactive behavior, problem solving, and job stress in organizational contexts and as behavioral challenges in the domain of climate change. He teaches workshops in North America, Europe, and Asia and is working on the 12th edition of his textbook Management: Leading & Collaborating in a Competitive World.
