Ozlem Yildiz

Ozlem Yildiz is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Her research focuses on the economics of and process improvements in service systems. In particular, her research concentrates on alleviating the congestion in service systems through designing payment schemes and process improvements. Ozlem’s work is largely motivated by and can typically be applied in healthcare settings. She has worked closely with the Emergency Department and Transporter System of the University of Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital.
