Courtney L. McCluney

Courtney L. McCluney is a Postdoctoral Researcher jointly appointed at the Darden School of Business and Center for ASPIRE at the School of Nursing. Her research focuses on identity, marginalization, and well-being in organizations. She has published her work in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion: International Journal and Social Science & Medicine. Courtney received her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
