Benjamin A. Converse

Benjamin A. Converse is an assistant professor of public policy and psychology, with appointments in the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy, and the Department of Psychology. He is the director of the Social Behavior and Decisions Lab. He investigates basic psychological processes—such as motivation, social judgment, and decision making—that have critical implications for management, leadership, and policy. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, working in the Managerial and Organizational Behavior (now Behavioral Science) area.
